Spring break is fast approaching. Honestly I’m not looking forward to it. I like the activities of putting the kids on the bus, doing housework, blogging and having a few minutes to myself, BUT I love the kids and I love having them with me too. The key is to make sure they stay busy though. Rachael especially loves to do arts and crafts style things. It can lead to a mess around the house but its a quiet house. That I am thankful for! She’s recently decided she wants to be a fashion designer. Charlie likes to create to but more so when its raining and he’s stuck indoors. Paper Punk has a new line of products that are perfect for the kids. Paper Punk Sent us the Paper Punk My Life as a Fashion Designer and Paper Punk Graffiti Blocks kits for reviewing. All opinions are our own.
Included in each kit is fully printed designs to work with, stickers and even markers so you can really get creative. The kids immediately opened their kits and looked at all the different supplies that were ready for them to create with.
We found the easiest thing for them to do was to color and decorate them. We let the markers dry overnight just so we didn’t risk running the ink. Then you simply punch out the designs. They are super intuitive for assembling. Charlie did his in just seconds (to be fair he had the blocks so a lot easier!) and then he helped Rae put her pieces together. There was no glue, staples or tape involved. Best of all it made for fun as the kids tried putting Charlie’s blocks in different stacks and placed new outfits on Rachael’s dress model.
The Paper Punk My life as a fashion designer even came with glue dots for testing dresses on the dress form!
Paper Punk also has kits such as Build your own Paper Robot and Build your own puppy. Make spring fun and get creative!
