Its hard to not be able to go to our favorite restaurants any more. I mean Charlie’s first girlfriend was a little Asian lady at the local Chinese place. We would happily eat in silence while the ladies would fawn over him. Because so much of their food contains soy sauce or flour for their sauces we just can’t eat it anymore. I love P.F. Changs but its hard to get there and well it isn’t the most family friendly as far as prices. The upside is they have a dedicated gluten free area in the kitchen and dedicated utensils for gluten free eating. The biggest thing I miss from the Chinese place though is egg drop soup. Its full of protein and so good on a cold day! So I set out to make mine own gluten free version.
