While Whoppie’s away the ladies will play! Today was Elisabeth’s turn in the moderator seat, and it was definitely interesting. Of course the first and biggest hot topic the ladies discussed was General McCrystal. I can say I really don’t have an opinion on this since I haven’t read the article in Rolling Stone but the ladies really showed their political views once again. I’m glad everyone is passionate but I watch the show more for the entertainment aspect so this month has been hard between General McCrystal and the oil spill.
I can tell that Elisabeth is very much a Republican and sometimes her views come off as harsh. While we may not think the President is doing a fantastic job, we’re not in his shoes and until we are we shouldn’t pass condemning judgment.
On a lighter note the ladies spoke with David Spade who has a new movie coming out. I love watching Mr. Spade as he just comes up with the funniest things off the top of his head, IE discussing his dating life and the ladies started to talk about all the beautiful women he’s been linked to and Mr. Spade said “Yeah you can see why I’m with them, but come on why are they with me?” UMM I’m guessing its for the laughter.
Macy Gray also performed her performed her newest single “Beauty in the World” from her newest album The Sellout. Can I just say I’m in love with this song? The tune is so upbeat and it definitely has the stick value as I was singing it for the next hour.
