Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel #WBWORD

Are your kids into Alvin and the Chipmunks? I took Charlie to see the movie while it was in the theaters. It was his birthday present. Immediately after leaving the theater we ran to Toys R Us to look for Alvin products. Christmas was just over and they were pretty picked over. We were lucky enough to find The Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel soundtrack. We immediately popped into the car radio and listened. We’ve listened to it at least twice a week whenever we go somewhere. We have a second copy in the house that the kids listen to while dancing. The music is upbeat and keeps the kids entertained while I’m not listening to the same old songs.

The kids are often found “shaking their groove thing” while in the car and Rachael has learned to sing “na na na na na”. Their favorite songs are Shake your Groove Thing and Single Ladies. I like watching the smiles and not listening to crying while driving.
