I’m writing to you today on behalf of CBS Films. Their upcoming film Extraordinary Measures, starring Harrison Ford and Brendan Fraser, is inspired by the true story of John Crowley – a man who defied conventional wisdom and great odds to pursue a cure for his children’s life threatening disease.
To celebrate this amazing story, we created an “Inspirational Quilt†at http://youcastcorp.com/c/67/go/index.php?r=1 showcasing short videos of other moving stories from extraordinary people around the country. Upload your own inspirational video and you will be entered into a sweepstakes*. Sweepstakes Entities will donate $10,000 to a charity of the sweepstakes winner’s choice.
There is a voting button for each video on the Inspirational Quilt. More votes equals more chances to win for the participant who uploaded the video.
The video does not have to be professionally made – there are many ways to put one together including a simple photo slideshow saved in video format. Also, the video does not have to be about a charity – you can upload any video you own that you find inspirational. If you win the sweepstakes you will choose the recipient charity (subject to Official Rules).
