YEAH! Trisha over at MomDot got a ball up today which should give lots of us BINGO!
But in order to call Bingo we must post G40-Dream Business.
If money was no object, it would be easy for me to tell you what kind of business I would have:
A Yarn Store.
I have already planned things out in my head. I want to move to a small town in North Carolina. Purchase a historic two story home. The top floor would obviously be our living quarters and the main portion ot first floor would be the store.
I can picture the walls filled with handmade shelves (cause I know my Dad the woodworker that he is would build them for me.) Each shelve holding different colors, weights and styles of yarn. (None of that funky eyelash, acrylic stuff here.) There would be soft comfy copuches to sit and knit in.
A separate room would house the spinning wheels and fleece for spinning. There would be an area for sitting with the niddy noddy and plying. The ceiling would have special designed racks for hanging handspun yarn to dry.
A third room would have a huge country kitchen table, full kitchen. This would be a perfect place for a small snack/coffee bar. And the table? A great spot for handling classes. The rooms would all be decorated with knitted garments and various sheep decorations. Oh I can see it. Anyone want to finance it for me?
