I recently discovered a great product for infants. The Snoogie Seat is fantastic. A perfect seat for any infant. Another plus is that 10% of their proceeds go to Children’s National Medical Center.
The Snoogie Seat is inclined to help with keeping baby upright while feeding and would be perfect for a baby diagnosed with reflux. The Snoogie Seat is lightweight and extremely portable. It comes in brown and the pink you see. It is super soft. The seat itself is concave given a great space with lots of head and neck support for baby. When talking with the owner and Daddy Designer, he was also happy to let me know that parents have also found the Snoogie Seat a great alternative for children in SPICA casts due to developmental dysplasia of the hips. Now we don’t have an infant and aren’t planning on having anymore until we have grandkids. But I’m definitely buying another one of these. You see I was given the opportunity to review one and I thought it would be perfect for my nephew. My little lovey boy who will be turning 5 in September. I know I know. WAIT Holly you said the Snoogie Seat is great for infants! And it is, it’s perfect for an infant that wants to sit up and see the world. It would be great for taking a nap as well especially if you had a reflux baby. But I found it was also great for Bobby.
You see at 14 months Bobby was a little devil (Still is in many ways) and always getting into something. My sister placed him and his older brother in the playroom while she went to make the beds. That was all the time it took for the two boys to find something to climb on and Bobby somehow got tangled in a cord to the blinds. The result was Bobby spent several weeks at Children’s National Medical Center and then another two months at Kennedy Krieger. Bobby was left with cerebral palsy and unable to do most normal activities by himself. He is unable to sit in a regular chair or even a shopping cart.
That’s where the Snoogie Seat has become a lifesaver. Bobby can now sit with his cousins and play right along with them. Thank you to Snoogie Seat and Daddy’s Design for an improvement in this little man’s life.
