Bag O’ Gold ~~CLOSED~~
ByWe have a horrible time here when it comes to 
eating. Charlie has reached the stage where all he wants to eat is cheese. Either in Mac n Cheese form or Cheeseburger form. With Rachael’s allergies, she’s still in limited mode. (Thankfully we have an appointment in November with an allergist.) So when I heard about Justus Foods I jumped at the chance to try some products. Justus Foods is currently making 4 varieties of freeze-dried fruits and we were lucky to get a sample of each.
Rachael adored the peach. She’s actually been snacking on a few pieces each day this week while I’ve been working on fixing her meals. I’m so excited to see her eating something. We know she loves pineapple so I think when she’s done with the peach bag she’ll be starting on those.
Now the strawberry bag disappeared. Seriously I opened the box and left all the bags on the counter to add to the calendar. When I came back it was gone. Now a few hours later, I’m working and Charlie has just screamed at Steve “I want to be in Momma’s room.” So in m office he comes. Charlie spends a lot of time there as he has his own little TV and DVD. So in he comes and he promptly says “Momma I want this.” as he’s holding out the strawberry bag. He then sat down and ate the whole bag while watching a movie. Pure quiet for an hour and a half. LOVE IT! And he was eating fruit another plus! Charlie’s already laid claims to the apple cinnamon and stated he wants it for breakfast tomorrow. I was able to sneak a couple pieces of each the peach and the strawberry and they are yummy!!
